Tomás López Amat, designer and interior designer, stars in the third day of the cycle "Projecting Spaces 2019-2020", organized from the mention of Design of Spaces of the Degree in Design.
Trained in EINA, Tomás López will relate his projects, ideas and experiences in a talk, open to all audiences, on Monday 9 December at 11.30 am in the Assembly Hall of the university.
Tomás López Amat studied at EINA and in 2003 founded his studio, located in the DAVID Building, an old car and taxi factory, where he shares an office and some projects with the architect Gorka Marcuerquiaga.
In these 16 years of his studio's trajectory, we could highlight the diversity of themes and programmes that he has come to develop, focusing mainly on interior design and refurbishment, as well as on the design of furniture and objects in limited editions. It has also made a strategic contribution to commercial initiatives such as Cafés El Magnífico S.L., with whom it has been developing 'retail' concepts and spaces since 2010.
